Join Our In-House Dental Membership Plan
With our exclusive Model In-House Dental Plan, you get access to affordable dental care in Baton Rouge designed with you in mind, no insurance required! Any patient is eligible to join, regardless of any pre-existing dental conditions, and there are no waiting periods, no missing tooth clauses, and no deductibles or yearly maximums to worry about.

What's Included in the Model In-House Plan

•  2 hygiene cleanings or 2 periodontal maintenance cleanings per member each year
•  2 exams per member each year
•  1 X-ray series per member each year
•  1 periodontal evaluation per member each year
•  1 intraoral camera exam per member each year
•  Discounted rates on additional services such as sealants, scaling and root planing, and additional periodontal maintenance

Plan Pricing

Annual membership is $365 per year for the first family member and $300 per year for each additional family member. A monthly auto-draft option is also available with a $100 annual enrollment fee plus $32 per month for the first family member and $25 per month for each additional family member.

Members who pay by cash, check, or credit card also receive 15% off covered discounted services, or 10% off when paying with third-party financing such as CareCredit. Contact our office for full plan details and to enroll.
